Burglary Alert

As your local Neighbourhood Acquisitive Crime Team, we wanted to update you that between Friday 13th March and Thursday 19th March 2026, a burglary occurred at a property on Aldern Way, Bakewell.

Whilst the occupant was in respite care, unknown suspects have entered the address by damaging the rear patio doors. Entry has been gained and an untidy search has been completed throughout causing damage to items inside.  A safe was also removed from inside the address and attempts to open it were made by using a rock.
